This is to inform you that the above AGM has been scheduled as follows:

5pm           -      REGISTRATION OF MEMBERS.

5.30pm      -     ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING:- 

1.              President’s address.
2.              Confirmation of the  AGM minutes held on 15.3.2013.
3.              To receive and adopt the.Annual Report of the society.
4.              To receive and adopt the financial report ended 31.12.2013. 
5.              To deal with other matters tabled at the meeting.
6.              Election of Office Bearers.

6.30pm      -      DINNER.(FOC for members)
